You approve the design before we cut it

Within 1–2 business days of your order, we send you an illustration of your pet drawn from your photo. Nothing is cut until you are happy with it. If it is not right, we adjust it.

How it works

  1. Upload a photo of your pet using the form below.
  2. Add to cart and place your order.
  3. We send you an illustration for approval within 1–2 business days.
  4. Once you approve it, we cut, finish, and ship your silhouette.

Every piece is made to order, so please allow 2–3 weeks for creation and delivery.

Sizes and finishes

  • Large — approximately 15.0" × 7.5"
  • XL — approximately 24.0" × 12.0"

Corten weathering steel develops a rich rust patina that deepens over the years. Black Texture is professionally powder coated for a deep matte finish.

Choosing the right photo

  • Sitting, standing, or lying with feet on the ground, so the garden stakes stay hidden.
  • Leave out toys, leashes, and clothing where you can.
  • Pick the photo that looks most like them. Personality reads in an outline more than you would expect.

Shipping

We try to process all standard orders within 2 business days, custom order products can take up to 10 business days to process.

All orders are shipped through UPS or USPS depending on pricing, availability and any specific shipping requested or paid for on order (Rush shipping is all processed through UPS)

Returns

Returns should be initiated within 30 days of item receipt.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

A refund will be issued after the item is returned to us, to the payment method used when placing the order.
